变应性鼻炎患者心理状况及其与生活质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨成人变应性鼻炎(AR)患者的心理状况及其与生活质量的相关性。方法采用一般资料问卷、凯斯勒心理困扰量表(the Kessler Psychological Dist ress Scale,K10)、鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire,RQLQ)对95例AR患者进行调查并分析结果。结果有22例患者Kessler10得分>21分。不同年龄、性别、病程、学历、婚姻状况、个人收入情况、付费方式、是否合并其他疾病的患者之间K10得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。K10得分与RQLQ总得分、活动、睡眠、非鼻/眼症状、鼻部症状、眼部症状、情感的相关系数分别为0.508、0.275、0.449、0.532、0.336、0.235、0.602,P均<0.05。K10总得分与实际问题的相关系数为0.143,P>0.05。结论有23.16%的AR患者心理健康状况较差。一般社会人口学资料对患者K10分值无影响。AR患者K10总得分与RQLQ总得分、活动、睡眠、非鼻/眼症状、鼻部症状、眼部症状、情感显著相关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the mental status of adult patients with allergic rhinitis（AR） and its correlation with quality of life. METHODS 95 patients with AR were investigated by general information questionnaire, kesslerl0（K10） and RQLQ. RESULTS There were 22 patients with K10 scores greater than 21 points. There was no significant difference in K10 scores among patients with different ages, genders, disease durations, educational backgrounds, marital status, personal income status, payment methods, and whether they were associated with other diseases（P〉0.05）. The correlation coefficients of K10 score with RQLQ total score, activity, sleep, non-nasal/eye symptoms, nasal symptoms, eye symptoms, and emotions were 0.508, 0.275, 0.449, 0.532, 0.336, 0.235 and 0.602 respectively（P〈0.05）. The correlation coefficient between K10 total score and actual problem was 0.143（P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION There are 23.16% AR patients with poor mental health status. General sociodemographic data have no effect on patient K10 scores. K10 score of allergic rhinitis is significantly related to RQLQ score, activity, sleep, non-nasal/ eye symptoms, nasal symptoms, eye symptoms and emotions.
