摘  要:简要介绍了蓄热式加热炉以及高温空气燃烧技术。搭建了小型蓄热式加热炉,对工件进行加热实验,详细全面地研究了换向时间对蓄热式加热炉加热性能的影响,并提出了优化方法,为蓄热式加热炉的设计及操作提供了参考依据。In this paper,the regenerative reheating furnace and the high temperature air combustion technology are briefly introduced.A small regenerative heating furnace has been built,and heating experiments of the workpiece have been carried out.Influence of reversal time on the thermal performance of regenerative heating furnace has been studied in detail.Optimization method has been put forward to provide a reference for the design and operation of the regenerative heating furnace.
