摘  要:在电动汽车电源组件中,需要用电容器进行滤波,以输出合适的电压。由于汽车的使用环境十分复杂,要求电容器在高、低温环境中能长期稳定、安全可靠运行,但是高温会加速电容器绝缘老化、性能变化,导致可靠性下降,所以电容器设计开发中热仿真分析十分重要。本文以某款电动汽车用直流滤波电容器产品为例,用Solidworks三维软件进行建模,以ANSYS为仿真工具,对电容器发热机理、热传导分析及温升试验结果进行了介绍,证明该热仿真比较准确。In the power supply assembly of electric vehicle,the capacitor is needed for filtering so to output appropriate voltage.Since the application condition of the vehicle is very complicated,the capacitor is required to keep long term,stable,safe and reliable operation under high and low temperature.The high temperature of the capacitor will speed up its insulation aging and performance variation and even lead to reliability reduction,therefore,the thermal simulation in the design and development of capacitor is of great importance.In this paper,the DC filter capacitor for certain type of electric vehicle is taken as an example,the model is set up by the sue of Solidworks 3D software and the ANASYS is taken as simulation tool to introduce the heating mechanism,heat conduction analysis and temperature rise test result of the capacitor.It is proved that the thermal simulation is more accurate.
