摘 要:针对目前中压配网中存在无功补偿资源匮乏、电压调控方案僵化的现象,提出一种考虑调控效益的中压母线电压质量调控及评价方法:首先全面考虑同一母线下各用户在电压质量、用电量、用电稳定性方面的差异,确定用户优先级评估指标;通过改进熵权法确定指标权重,设计了用户优先级计算方法;其次,利用所有用户的优先级和调控后的电压质量改善分值加权求和,视为调控效益,用于评价某种调控方案对用户整体电压质量的改善情况。根据调控效益可对多种调控方案进行优劣排序。算例表明,根据该方法制订的中压母线电压调控方案,能利用有限的调控资源和手段最大程度地提高用户整体的电压质量。Aiming at the lack of reactive power compensation resource and the ossified voltage regulation scheme of medium voltage distribution network,a voltage quality regulation and evaluation method of medium voltage busbar which considered the regulation benefit is proposed.Firstly,the differences of each user with the same busbar are fully considered by voltage quality,power consumption and electrical stability,the user priority evaluation indexes are determined,the index weights by improved entropy value method are determined,and the user priority calculation method is designed.Secondly,weighted summation by using the priorities of all users and the improved values of voltage quality after regulation,as a regulation benefit,is used to evaluate the improvement of the users overall voltage quality by a certain control scheme.According to the regulation benefit,many kinds of regulation schemes can be sorted.The example shows that the medium voltage busbar voltage regulation scheme based on this method can utilize the limited regulation resources and means to maximize the overall voltage quality of the users.
