摘　　要：近年来,江苏建立了一批新型科研机构,其灵活新颖的体制机制在推动传统产业结构升级、加速成果转化和促进科技进步中发挥了重要作用。文章对江苏新型科研机构的发展现状深入剖析,挖掘其建设模式、成功经验以及当前运行中遇到的主要问题,最后在此基础上为促进江苏新型科研机构可持续发展提供政策建议。In recent years, Jiangsu has established a number of new scientific research institutions. Its flexible and innovative institutional mechanisms have played an important role in promoting the upgrading of traditional industrial structures, accelerating the transformation of achievements, and promoting scientific and technological progress. This paper deeply analyzes the development status of new scientific research institutions in Jiangsu and explores its construction mode, successful experience and the main problems encountered in current operation. Finally, it provides some policy suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of Jiangsu＇ s new scientific research institutions.
