摘　　要：书籍是人类进步的阶梯,近现代以来,书籍的数量成喷涌式的增加,导致图书馆里的书籍越来越多,给图书管理员和借阅书籍的读者带来了不少的新问题。为了解决这些问题,文章对读者服务系统模式进行一系列的分析和探讨,为更多的人在图书馆里获得所需要的知识提供方便,也优化图书管理员的服务,使其更加科学有序地工作。Books are the ladder of human progress. Since modem times, the number of books has increased rapidly, leading to more and more books in libraries, bringing new problems to librarians and readers of books. In order to solve these problems, this paper conducts a series of analysis and discussion on the reader service system mode, to provide more convenience for more people to get the knowledge they need in the library, and to optimize the service of librarians, so that they can work in a more scientific and orderly way.
