摘 要:由于航运业的不断发展,船舶的油污染情况越发严重,其中因船舶事故造成的油污染约占污染总量的47%。如何解决由于船舶事故造成的油污染,是减少船舶污染的重要方式。船舶事故中油污染有溢油和存油两种,现通过分析和比较需用的溢油和存油处理方法,为不同情况下的油回收处理提供方法。同时,介绍9 400TEU集装箱船的快速油回收系统,为其他船舶的油回收处理提供解决思路。Because of the continuous development of shipping industry,the oil pollution of ships is becoming more and more serious,and the oil pollution caused by ship accidents accounts for about 47% of the total pollution.Ways to solve the oil pollution caused by ship accidents are ways to reduce ship pollution.Oil pollution in ship's accident includes spilled oil and residual oil.This paper analyzes and compares the commonly used treatment of spilled oil and residual oil,provides methods for oil recovery under different conditions.Besides,the fast oil recovery system of the 9 400 TEU container vessel is introduced,which provides a solution to the oil recovery treatment of other ships.
