摘　　要：立体车库智能化对其控制系统微处理器的运算能力和逻辑处理能力提出了更高的要求。通过分析升降横移式立体车库的结构特点和工作特性,设计了一种升降横移式立体车库控制器的硬件系统。该硬件系统以数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320LF2407A为核心,以复杂可编程逻辑器(CPLD)为扩展器件。其中DSP主要作用在于处理传感器信号和数据运算;CPLD主要作用在于逻辑处理,产生各个执行机构的控制信号。基于Multisim14对硬件系统的复位模块和IPM驱动模块进行了仿真分析。结果表明,硬件电路可以快速、准确地传输信号,并保证系统的正常运行,为下一步进行升降横移式立体车库控制系统的软件设计及调试提供了硬件基础。The basic structure and operation principle of a stereo garage are analyzed,and then the hardware of stereo garage is designed based on DSP TMS320 LF240 A,and CPLD.DSP is used for signal acquisition and data calculation,and CPLD for logic control and sending control signal to actuator.The simulation of reset circuit and IPM driver circuit is carried through.The simulation results show that this hardware system can rapidly and accurately transmit the signal,ensure the normal operation of the system,and which can provide a hardware basis for software design and debugging of stereo garage control system.
