摘　　要：本文从护士的视角分析了肿瘤科护士参与多学科团队(Multidisciplinary Team,MDT)的获益与挑战,并提出了相应的应对策略,鼓励肿瘤科护士顺应发展趋势,积极应对挑战,在MDT团队中发挥出应有的核心作用。This paper analyzes the benefits and challenges of oncology nurses participating in the Multidisciplinary Team （MDT） from the perspective of nurses, and puts forward the corresponding coping strategies to encourage the nurses to adapt to the development trend, respond to the challenges actively, and play a core role in the MDT.
