摘　　要：根据专利法的规定，“一件发明或者实用新型专利申请应当限于一项发明或者实用新型”，并且“一项发明或者实用新型应当只有一个独立权利要求”；同时，鉴于发明人在同一个“发明构思”的基础上可能提出多项发明创造。According to the Chinese patent laws,"an application for a patent for invention or utility model shall be limited to one invention or utility model" ＇,and "an invention or utility model shall have only one independent claim" 2 At the same time,an inventor may file multiple inventions in re-spect of a single inventive concept,such as in the manners of "a processing apparatus and a processing method there-of" and "a product and a processing method thereof".
