摘 要:以内蒙古锡林河流域典型草原为对象,利用69个羊草群落样地的植被与土壤数据,探讨了植物群落和土壤的养分含量以及生态化学计量特征。结果表明:(1)在羊草草原退化过程中,土壤养分含量表现出下降的变化趋势,土壤TN、AN和TP显著减少;重度退化阶段植物叶片C含量显著降低,N含量呈增加趋势。(2)植物叶片C∶N在重度退化阶段显著降低,表明重度退化提高了植物生长速率。(3)在重度退化阶段,植物叶片N∶P升高,P成为限制性营养元素。本项研究丰富了草地生态化学计量学,对于合理利用草地资源也具有参考价值。Understanding ecological stoicheiometry characteristics with the changes of ecosystems had an important significance in both theoretical researches and practical applications.By analyzing vegetation and soil data of 69 sites observed on Leymus chinensis steppe in Xilin River Basin in Inner Mongolia,the nutrient content and ecological stoicheiometry characteristics of plant community and soil were explored.The results showed that:(1)in the process of Leymus chinensis steppe degradation,soil nutrient contents showed a decrease trend,and total nitrogen,available nitrogen,and total phosphorus decreased significantly.In heavy degraded stage,C content in leaf declined significantly,and N in leaf increased.(2)C∶N ratio in leaf showed a significant reduce in heavy degraded stage,which indicated that plant growth rate increased during grassland degradation.(3)The increase of N∶P ratio in heavy degraded stage implied that P was likely to become a limiting nutrient element when grassland was degraded.This study enriched the knowledge of grassland ecological stoicheiometry.It was also helpful for using grassland resources reasonably.
