摘  要:在荒漠草原采用两因素完全随机区组设计,分析了不同载畜率下降水变化对植物物种多样性的影响。结果表明:(1)低载畜率放牧下增加50%的降水植物物种数最多,增加100%的降水反而降低了植物物种的多样性。(2)在低载畜率放牧下,减少50%降水Shannon-wiener指数显著低于自然降水、增加50%、100%降水(P<0.05)。(3)中载畜率处理下,Margalef指数在减少50%降水下显著低于其他3个降水处理(P<0.05)。(4)Pielou指数在中、高载畜率放牧处理下,减少50%降水显著低于增加50%降水(P<0.05)。由上述结果可知,在中等载畜率放牧下减少降水有降低植物物种多样性的趋势。In order to study the effects of different stocking rates and precipitation on the plant diversity,the completely randomized block design experiment was conducted with tow factors in the desert steppe.The results showed that:(1)The plant species was the largest under the conditions of increasing precipitation(W+50)by 50% in light stocking rate,while increasing precipitation(W+100)by 100% decreased the plant diversity.(2)The Shannon-wiener index was significant lower(P〈0.05)in the decreasing precipitation(W-50)by 50% than the normal precipitation and W+50,W+100 condition in the light stocking rate treatment.(3)The Margalef index was significant lower in the W-50 treatment than other three precipitation treatments(P〈0.05).(4)The Pielou index was significant lower in W-50 treatment than those of W+50 treatments in the moderate and heavy stocking rate(P 〈0.05),based on the results,it can be concluded that reducing precipitation had an effect of decreasing the species diversity in the moderate stocking rate condition.
