摘  要:目的探讨护师晋升主管护师前轮转重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)培训的效果。方法采取实验对照方法,选取北京市大兴区人民医院即将晋升主管护师的44名护师为研究对象。2016年1月~2017年3月,医院肿瘤科、呼吸科、脑外科等13个科室共派送22名即将晋升主管护师的护师到ICU轮转。将这些轮转人员作为实验组,上述科室中未轮转ICU的即将晋升主管护师的22名护师为对照组。22名轮转人员回原科室后,由护理部质量控制护士长对两组人员的危重患者护理质量进行评价,并选取科护士长、护士长、轮转护师共15人就轮转过程进行座谈或访谈。结果实验组护师的危重患者护理质量评价为(92.8±4.70)分,对照组为(89.7±5.05)分,两组差异具有统计学意义(t=2.82,P〈0.05),访谈结果表明,轮转ICU使护师建立了危重患者的护理思维,提高了对危重患者的综合护理能力。结论护师晋升主管护师前轮转ICU是提高其危重患者护理能力的有效途径;有助于提高护理质量。ObjectiveTo explore the experience and effectiveness of ICU rotation training before the promoting of supervisor nurse.MethodsBy using the cluster sampling method, 22 rotary nurses were selected as the experimental group, then 22 others of being about to promotion supervisor were selected as the control group, nursing ability of critical patient of two groups was evaluated and compared using quality evaluation criteria for critical patients. A panel discussion was conducted among 8 relevant head nurses and an interview was conducted among 7 rotary nurses.ResultsThe evaluation score (92.8±4.70) of the experimental group was significantly higher than the score (89.7±5.05) of the control group (t=2.82, P〈0.05). The interview were as follows: The nursing thinking of critical patients was established; The comprehensive nursing ability of critical patients were highlighted.ConclusionsIt is effective to use ICU rotation training in the promotion of supervisor nurse, and it can improve the nursing quality.
