摘  要:为了探讨开花期低温胁迫下籼稻和粳稻抗氧化系统的生理响应机制,以3种籼稻和3种粳稻品种为试验材料,利用人工气候室在开花期进行18℃和15℃两个低温胁迫处理,以室外放置为对照(昼夜平均温度23.5℃),研究了低温胁迫下和解除低温胁迫后7 d剑叶活性氧积累和抗氧化系统主要指标的变化规律.结果表明,低温胁迫下,耐冷性强的粳稻品种剑叶中H2O2和O-2·含量增加缓慢,丙二醛(MDA)含量较低,抗坏血酸(ASA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量降幅较缓慢,脯氨酸含量快速显著增加,SOD酶活性较高,且解除胁迫后这些抗氧化系统主要指标变幅较小;低温胁迫下和解除胁迫后7 d,耐冷性较弱的杂交籼稻品种H2O2,O-2·和MDA含量显著增加,ASA和GSH含量显著降低,而SOD酶活性呈较小幅度增加后迅速下降.说明,低温胁迫下耐冷性较强的粳稻产生的活性氧少,且抗氧化系统响应较籼稻快,活性氧清除能力强;而耐冷性较弱的杂交籼稻对低温胁迫较敏感,产生大量活性氧,且抗氧化系统响应慢,活性氧积累超过了其活性氧清除能力,抗氧化系统受到伤害,活性氧清除能力降低.In order to study the physiological response mechanism of low temperature stress on the antioxidant system of indica and japonica rice at the flowering stage,in this paper,variations of main indicators of the accumulation of the oxygen and antioxidant system under low temperature stress( 18 ℃ and 15 ℃) at the flowering stage and 7 days after the treatment were studied by means of artificial temperature-controlled phytotron with 3 indica and3 japonica rice varieties as test materials,together with the outdoor treatment as the control( average diurnal temperature at 23.5 ℃). Our results show that,under the low temperature stress,the concentration of H2 O2 and O-2· at the flag leaf of the high cold resistance japonica rice gradually increased,whereas that of ASA and GSH slowly decreased. The concentration of MDA was lower than that of indica rice,but the concentration of proline significantly increased,leading to that the activity of SOD enzyme was higher than that of indica rice,and the change range of the main indicators of the antioxidant system was smaller 7 days after the lowering of the temperature treatment.Conversely,under the low temperature stress and 7 days after the low temperature treatment,the concentration of H2 O2,O-2· and MDA at the flag leaf of the weak cold-tolerance indica hybrid rice varieties increased significantly,but that of ASA and GSH decreased substantially. The SOD activity was low and the enzyme activity decreased rapidly when low temperature stress was applied,suggesting that under low temperature stress,less active oxygen was produced in cold tolerance Japonica rice,and thus the response of the antioxidant system was faster and its active oxygen scavenging ability was stronger than that of indica rice. The weak cold tolerance of indica hybrid rice was sensitive to low temperature stress,and it can produce a lot of ROS in its antioxidant system,so the response of the antioxidant system was slower than that of japonica rice.
