摘　　要：农业科研系统是农业科技创新的核心力量。文章概述了河南省农业科研系统发展的现状,分析了河南省农业科研系统发展存在的问题,阐述了由河南省农业科学院牵头,组织全省农业科研系统开展的创新协同发展体制机制、推动学科布局优化调整、示范推广精品成果、实施"四优四化"支撑行动、联合组建种业企业等促进河南省农业科研系统协同创新合力发展的有益探索,以期为其他省农业科研协同创新提供借鉴。Agricultural scientific research system is the core force of agricultural science and technology innovation. Current status of development of agricultural scientific research system in Henan Province was discussed in the paper. Existing problems were analyzed. In recent years, beneficial exploration for agricultural scientific research system to strengthen the capacity of collaborative innovation in Henan Province led by Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences was carried out, which include innovating of development of institutional mechanisms,promoting the optimization and readjustment of academic disciplines, demonstration and widespread of fine achievements, implementing the ＂four optimization and four changes＂ support action, and establishing joint seed companies. This will provide reference for collaborative innovation of agricultural scientific research in other provinces.
