农业科研院所增强党建工作融入性的思考

摘　　要：党的十九大报告提出了加强基层组织建设,以提升组织力为重点,突出政治功能,将全面从严治党向基层延伸的新要求。文章从农业科研院所党建工作现状出发,分析了当前党建工作融入科技创新工作存在的问题,提出了充分发挥党组织政治核心作用和思想政治优势、明确党建工作功能定位、创新党建工作与科研工作结合点、完善科研单位党建考核机制等农业科研院所党建工作融入科技创新工作的相关对策,以实现科研工作与党建工作双促进、共发展。The reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China set forth new requirements for strengthening the building of primary organizations, focusing on enhancing the organizational strength, highlighting the political functions, and extending the ＂comprehensively and strictly administering the party＂ to the primary organizations. Based on the current situation of party building in the institutes of agricultural science, problems and shortcomings in the integration of current Party building work into the scientific and technological innovation were analyzed in this paper. Some countermeasures to integrate the party building work into the scientific and technological innovation were put forward, that were, fully playing the core roles in politics, and the ideological and political advantages of the party organization, clarifying the functional orientation of party building work, innovating the combination of party building and scientific research, and perfecting the evaluation mechanism of party building in the institutes of agricultural science. The main purpose was to achieve mutual promotion and common development of scientific research and party building.
