型钢生产线用大型轧辊铸造生产技术研究

摘  要:分析了型钢生产线大型轧辊开发中的化学成分及其强化机制、冶炼铸造工艺、热处理工艺等。结果表明,大型轧辊浇注时采用电加热冒口新工艺,轧辊的平均成品率提高12%;热处理后轧辊抗拉强度为690~730 MPa,HSD47~50、硬度分布均匀,耐磨性好,残余应力低,未出现裂纹、缩孔、疏松、夹渣等铸造缺陷,满足了大型轧辊的使用要求,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。The chemical composition, strengthening mechanism, melting and casting process, heat treatment process of large roll was discussed. The results show that the new-technology of electric heating riser is adopted in large roll casting,the average yield of the roll is increased by 12%. Roll tensile strength after heat treatment is 690 - 730 MPa, HSD47 - 50,uniform hardness distribution, good abrasion resistance, low residual stress, there is not crack, shrinkage cavity, porosity,slag casting defects, and satisfying the requirements of the using of large roll, reduce the production cost, improve the economic benefit.
