摘 要:采用不同变质剂对ZL101铝合金进行变质处理,通过密度当量仪研究铝液在不同时间的气体含量。变质完成后在不同时间取样,研究铝合金气体含量及其对应铸件的力学性能的变化。结果发现,经钠盐变质与除气后铝液气体含量可控制在0.5左右,而且在放置过程中铝液吸气量增幅较小,力学性能降幅较小。采用Sr合金变质铝液气体含量可控制在1左右,但在放置过程中铝液的吸气量持续增加,而力学性能特别是伸长率大幅下降。经铸件剖面发现,Sr变质的铸件中有大量的微小气孔存在。ZL101 aluminum alloy was treated with different inoculant, the gas content of molten aluminum at different time was studied by equivalent densitometer. The inspiratory capacity of aluminum alloy and mechanical properties of casting were analyzed for specimens with different time after modification. The results show that the content of the molten aluminum is controlled at about 0.5 after the salt metamorphosis and degassing, and the increase of the air intake is small in the process of placement, and the mechanical properties reduce less. The gas content can be controlled at about 1 after modification with Sr, but the amount of inhalation of molten aluminum is increasing continuously while the mechanical properties, especially the elongation, decrease greatly. It is found that a large number of tiny pores present on the section of aluminum casting with Sr modification.
