摘 要:离心复合铸造高速钢轧辊常见的缺陷有气孔、夹渣、工作层与芯部的熔合不良,3者合计共占铸造缺陷总数的85.9%。解决这3大缺陷可以在很大程度上降低轧辊的废品率。以高碳高速钢轧辊为例,对其生产中气孔、夹杂、熔合不良缺陷的形成原因进行了分析,提出了防治措施。The common centrifugal casting defects of high speed steel roller are pores, slag, poor fusion of the working layer and the core, the total amount of the three type defects was up to 85.9%. To solve these three major defects can greatly reduce the scrap rate roller. taking the high-carbon high speed steel roller as an example, the causes of the defects of pores, inclusions and fusions defects in production are analyzed and the prevention and control measures are put forward.
