摘  要:随着阳极制品企业生产用石油焦中硫含量的升高,加剧了硫对煅烧炉罐壁硅砖的腐蚀,严重影响罐式炉的使用寿命。通过开发罐式煅烧炉高温修补技术,提出了罐式煅烧炉早期破损处理的新技术,实现了不停炉检修料罐,延长了罐式炉使用寿命,为企业降本增效带来了显著的经济效益。with the increase of the sulfur content in the petroleum coke for production of anodes, the corrosion caused by sulfur to Ihe tank wall of the furnac.e brick was intensified, which would seriously affect the service lite of tank furnace. By developing the high temperature patching technology of the tank calciner, the new technology of early damage treatment fnr the tank calciner was put forward, which realized the maintenance of the pot without stopping the furnace, prolonged the service life of the pot furnace, and brought notahle economic benefits for the enterprise to reduce the cost and increase efficiency.
