摘  要:国内炭素回转窑沉灰室普遍存在隔墙坍塌、内壁脱落等问题。从设计角度对原有炉室的流通截面、燃烧容积、炉室结构、材料选择和冷风配置等进行全面分析,指出炉室设计缺陷可能是造成隔墙垮塌等现象的重要原因,并针对这些设计缺陷提出综合改进意见。There are some general phenomena with partition collapsing and inwall failing out of depositing chamber for a carbon rotary kiln for several decades. From the perspective of design, a comprehensive analysis about flow area, combustion volume, cham- ber structure and wind configuration of an old chamber was given, the design defect which leads to these phenomena was pointed out, and some ideas for design improvement were put forward.
