摘  要:拔尖大学生以团队的形式参加科研活动,是高校培养创新型人才的有效模式。但由于本科生存在的现实压力,例如:课业学习、兴趣爱好、社会兼职或社团活动等,组内成员很难做到步调一致。导致大学生团队申报项目时热情高涨,中间执行时逐渐冷却,疏于过程管理,缺乏专业引领,团队松散短暂,效果不佳,难继初衷。针对这些问题,提出"群体智能"的"深度团队"模式,即在群体智能理念指导下,招募并组建导师负责制的拔尖大学生深度团队,实行相对固定的物理空间、导师子群项目驱动、团队深度协作、长效过程管理和多节点考核的培养模式。培养实践证明,该模式可充分发挥团队及个体的最佳优势,同时又互为补充,提高科研课题的效率,促进大学生对某一兴趣点的纵深挖掘,强化学生的技术厚度,提高他们的学术理解和协作意识,进而有效地培养拔尖大学生的创新科研能力。Top-notch college students participate in research activities with their teams,is an effective mode of cultivation of innovative talents in universities.However,due to the existence of some individual undergraduate conflict and pressure,such as:learning,hobbies,social part-time or community activities,members of the group are difficult to step with each other.These problems lead to some bad phenomenon,application projects always start with high enthusiasm,middle execution is gradually cooling,and also because of neglect of process management,lack of professional guidance,the effect becomes poor,and the team becomes loose and difficult to follow up the original intention.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward the " deep team" model based on " group intelligence" i.e.,the group under the guidance of the concept of intelligence.We recruit and form the top-notch deep team by the tutors.The training mode is based on relatively fixed physical space,mentor subgroup-project-driven,team depth cooperation,long-term process management and multi-node assessment.Training practice proved that the model can give full play tothe best team and individual advantages,and also complement each other to improve the efficiency of scientific research projects,promote students in a deep interest mining,strengthen technology of thickness of students,improve their academic understanding and collaboration awareness,so as to effectively cultivate the innovative scientific research ability of top-notch students.
