摘　　要：大学科技创新团队的构建是大学生科技创新教育得以迅速发展的基础和前提。为此,介绍了大学科技创新团队的内涵和形式,阐述了测绘工程专业大学生科技创新团队平台构建的三种类型,论述了良好的学术氛围构建的办法,给出了测绘工程专业开放型创新实践实训平台、教师指导平台、科技创新保障管理平台建设情况。实践表明:大学生科技创新团队的构建有效地提高了大学生综合素质和实践创新能力。The construction of university science and technology innovation teams is the basis and prerequisite for the rapid development of science and technology innovation education of university students.The connotation and form of college students science and technology innovation teams are introduced in this paper.Three types of constructing college students science and technology innovation teams for surveying and mapping engineering specialty are given,the measures of building good academic atmosphere are discussed.The construction effectiveness of teacher guidance platform,open innovation practice training platform and science and technology innovation management platform are given.The practice shows that the construction of college students scientific and technological innovation team has improved the comprehensive quality and practical innovation ability of college students.
