摘　　要：企业实验室是企业技术创新的平台,是开展技术交流合作的重要场所,为保证实验室可持续健康发展,必须建立一套科学实用的HSE管理体系,分析了企业实验室HSE(安全、环境、健康)管理体系构建的重要现实意义,结合"沈阳化工研究院生物与医药研究所"建立近7年来积累的安全管理实践经验,分别从践行领导、教育培训、安全管理水平提升措施等3个方面深入研究企业实验室安全管理体系的构建,并形成有益的安全管理体系及具体的行动方案,对我国企业实验室的安全管理工作提供参考。Corporate laboratory is the birthplace of enterprise technological innovation,and is the important place to carry out technical exchanges and cooperation.It is very important to establish a scientific HSE（health,safety,environment）management system to ensure the sustainably healthy development of corporate laboratory.The paper analyzes the practical significance of constructing corporate laboratory HSE management system.By combining with nearly 7 years safety management practical experience of " Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Research Laboratory,Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry ",three management methods i.e.,elaborating the charismatic leadership,educating and training,improving safety management,are found.These measures may provide reference to other corporate laboratories.
