摘  要:目的探讨广藿香油在感染后肠易激综合征大鼠肠黏膜屏障中的应用价值。方法将40只大鼠分为4组,即正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组(藿香正气液3.3 ml/kg)、广藿香油组(广藿香油3.0g/kg),每组10只;造模后第7天各组分别灌胃给药,给药体积均为10ml/kg,正常对照组和模型对照组则给予等量的生理盐水、1次/天,连续给药5d,并分别对4组大鼠的体质量,粪便含水量,排便时间,结肠组织ZO-1及occludin表达,血清分泌型免疫球蛋白(SIgA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)水平的变化情况进行比较和分析。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组的粪便含水率增加、排便时间缩短(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,阳性对照组、广藿香油组的粪便含水率均减少,排便时间均延长,结肠组织ZO-1及occludin的相对含量、血清SIgA、IL-4、IL-10水平均升高,而TNF-α水平则降低(P<0.05);与正常对照组比较,模型对照组、阳性对照组、广藿香油组的结肠组织ZO-1及occludin的相对含量、血清SIgA、IL-4、IL-10水平均降低,而TNF-α水平则升高(P<0.05)。结论广藿香油能够通过调节感染后肠易激综合征大鼠结肠组织ZO-1及occludin的表达而修复肠黏膜受损上皮细胞,通过调节感染后肠易激综合征大鼠炎症细胞因子抑制的水平而改善肠黏膜屏障功能。OBJECTIVE To probe into the application value of patchouli oil on intestinal mucosal barrier in rats with post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome.METHODS Forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control group,model control group,positive control group(3.3 ml/kg Huxiangzhengqiye),and patchouli oil group(patchouli oil 3.0 g/kg),with 10 rats in each group.Seventh days after the modelling,each group was given the medicine respectively,and the volume of the drug was 10 ml/kg.The rats in normal control group and model control group were given the same amount of normal saline and 1 time/d,for 5 days.The body weight,fecal water content,defecation time,expression of ZO-1 and occludin,changes of serum SIgA,TNF-α,IL-4 and IL-10 levels of the rats in the four groups were compared and analyzed.RESULTS Compared with normal control group,the fecal water content of model control group was increased significantly,and the defecation time was shortened significantly(P〈0.05).Compared with model control group,the fecal water content of positive control group and patchouli oil group was decreased significantly,the defecation time was prolonged significantly,the relative contents of ZO-1 and occludin in colonic tissues were increased significantly,the levels of serum SIgA,IL-4,and IL-10 were increased significantly,but TNF-αlevels were decreased significantly(P〈0.05).Compared with normal control group,the relative contents of ZO-1 and occludin in colonic tissues of model control group,positive control group and patchouli oil group were decreased significantly,the levels of serum SIgA,IL-4,and IL-10 were decreased significantly,but TNF-αlevels were increased significantly(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONPatchouli oil can regulate the expression of ZO-1 and occludin in colonic tissue to repair the damaged intestinal epithelial cells of rats with post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome,and improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function by regulating the level of inflammatory cytokines in rats with post-inf
