摘 要:目的分析皮肤软组织感染患者的病原菌分布及其耐药性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取医院皮肤科2013年6月-2016年5月收治的皮肤软组织感染患者678例,采集患者病灶分泌物进行病原菌鉴定及耐药试验。结果 678例皮肤软组织感染患者检出病原菌325株,其中革兰阳性菌220株,革兰阴性菌98株,真菌7株;金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素耐药,对利福平、利奈唑胺、万古霉素、替考拉宁较为敏感;大肠埃希菌对阿米卡星、美罗培南、亚胺培南、哌拉西林他唑巴坦耐药率较低。结论皮肤软组织感染病原菌主要为革兰阳性菌,常见致病菌对利奈唑胺、万古霉素、替考拉宁、阿米卡星、美罗培南、亚胺培南、哌拉西林他唑巴坦等药物敏感。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens isolated from patients with skin and soft tissue infection(SSTI)so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 678 patients with SSTI who were treated in the department of dermatology from Jun 2013 to May 2016 were enrolled in the study,the foci secretions specimens were collected from the patients,the isolated pathogens were identified,and the drug resistance testing was performed.RESULTS Totally 325 strains of pathogens were isolated from the 678 patients with SSTI,of which 220 were gram-positive bacteria,98 were gram-negative bacteria,and 7 were fungi.The Staphylococcus aureus strains were highly susceptible to rifampicin,linezolid,vancomycin and teicoplanin but were resistant to penicillin.The drug resistance rate of the Escherichia coli strains to amikacin,meropenem,imipenem or piperacillin-tazobactam was low.CONCLUSION The gram-positive bacteria are dominant among the pathogens causing the SSTI.The common species of pathogens are susceptible to linezolid,vancomycin,teicoplanin,amikacin,meropenem,imipenem and piperacillin-tazobactam.
