摘  要:利用Aspen plus软件计算了乙二醇叔丁醚的物性参数,使用NRTL模型模拟了乙二醇叔丁醚和乙二醇的精馏过程。利用灵敏度分析方法确定了合理的精馏塔理论塔板数、进料位置、回流比以及操作压力,使乙二醇叔丁醚产品的纯度(摩尔百分数)达到99.9%,乙二醇产品的纯度(摩尔百分数)达到99.5%。模拟值与实际值的比较表明,理论计算与实际应用吻合较好,为乙二醇叔丁醚的分离设计提供可靠的依据。Properties parameters of ethylene glycol tertiary butyl ether was estimated by Aspen Plus,and the distillation process of ethylene glycol tertiary butyl ether and ethylene glycol was simulated by using NRTL model.Sensitivity analysis method was used to determine the reasonable number of theoretical plates,feed position,reflux ratio and operation pressure,make the mole purity of ethylene glycol tertiary butyl ether up to 99.9%,and the mole purity of ethylene glycol up to 99.5%.The comparison of the simulated value with the actual value shows that the theoretical calculation is consistent with the practical application,and provides a reliable basis for the separation design of ethylene glycol tertiary butyl ether.
