集束化管理在预防新生儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管血流感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的综合分析集束化管理在预防新生儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)导管血流感染中的应用价值。方法选取于2014年10月-2016年12月医院收治的113例PICC患儿为实验组,选择于2012年9月-2014年9月医院收治的113例PICC患儿为对照组。对照组患儿采用常规护理管理方法,实验组患儿在对照组的护理基础上采用集束化管理方法,统计分析两组患儿的血流感染发生、血栓形成、堵塞发生、不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患儿血流感染发生率为0.88%、血栓形成率为0、堵塞发生率为1.77%,均低于对照组患儿的8.85%、12.39%、13.27%(P<0.05);实验组患儿出现1例皮肤炎性反应、2例不明原因发热,对照组患儿出现6例皮肤炎性反应、7例不明原因发热。结论集束化管理在预防新生儿PICC血流感染中的应用价值较高,具有重要的护理研究价值。OBJECTIVE To comprehensively analyze the application value of cluster management in the prevention of neonatal peripheral venous infection causing by PICC（peripheral venous catheters）.METHODS A total of 113 children with PICC in our hospital from Oct.2014 to Dec.2016 were selected as experimental group（using the cluster management method）,and 113 cases of PICC children from Sep.2012 to Sep.2014 were set as control group（using conventional nursing management method）.The incidence of bloodstream infection,incidence of adverse reactions,thrombosis rate and occlusion rate in the two groups were statistically analyzed.RESULTS The incidence of bloodstream infection,thrombosis rate and occlusion of experimental group were 0.88%,0 and 1.77%,which were significantly lower than 8.85%,12.39%and 13.27%of control group（P〈0.05）.There were 1 case of dermatosis reaction and 2 cases of fever with unknown reason in experimental group,and 6 cases of dermatosis reaction and 7 cases of fever with unknown reason in control group.CONCLUSION The application of cluster management in the prevention of neonatal peripheral venous catheter infection by peripheral veins is relatively high,which has and important nursing research value.
