摘 要:目的:寻找一种适宜的样品处理方法,去除脂溶性杂质对氟哌啶醇红外光谱鉴别的干扰。方法:以三氯甲烷为溶剂从氟哌啶醇片中提取出样品,氯仿层经高速离心,过滤,水浴蒸干后,残渣经少量乙醚洗涤,再与溴化钾混合压片。结果:处理后的样品图谱与标准图谱匹配度高。结论:该方法操作简单,结果可靠。Objective:To improve the method of Haloperidol Tablets by Infrared Spectrometry to remove the interference. Method: The sample was abstracted by CH3 Cl3,then was centrifugated, filtered and steamed, at last was washed by(C2 H5)2 O. Results:The method is simple and effective, the infrared absorption spectroscopies were perfect matching. Conclusions: To identify the Haloperidol Tablets,it is necessary to wash the steamed residue by(C2 H5)2 O to remove the fat-soluble impurities.
