鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术及改良术式的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:对鼻内镜下实行鼻中隔成形术及改良术式的临床效果研究。方法:以自2016年1月-2017年9月的56例鼻中隔偏曲治疗的患者进行研究,分组进行治疗,分组方式为住院的先后顺序,对照组实行鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术治疗,治疗组给予改良鼻中隔成形术治疗,对其临床效果进行分析。结果:治疗后,治疗组的有效率较高,对比对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术及改良术式均可以纠正鼻中隔偏曲,但是改良术式效果更加明显,可以显著缩短其治疗的时间,缩短手术时间,有效减轻对其外貌的影响,且患者恢复较快,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective： To study the clinical effect of nasal septoplasty and modified operation under nasal endoscopy.Methods： From January 2016 to September 2017, 56 patients with nasal septum deviation were studied and divided into groups according to the order of hospitalization. In the control group, nasal endoscopic septoplasty was performed. Group was given modified nasal septoplasty treatment, its clinical effect analysis. Results： After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusions： Nasal endoscopic septoplasty and modified operation can correct nasal septum deviation. However, the improved operation effect is more obvious, which can significantly shorten the treatment time and shorten the operation time, and effectively reduce the impact on the appearance. Patients Recovery faster, the effect is significant, it is worth clinical promotion.
