摘　　要：探讨郁证性肛病的病脉证治。郁证性肛病是指由情志因素导致的肛肠感觉异常,本质上是披着肛肠病外衣的郁证,具有一般郁证性病证因机证治的共性特点,诊断需要排除肛门直肠器质性病变。现代中医治疗方法大致包括疏肝解郁、养心安神、益气健脾及活血化痰数端,从方药药性来看从郁论治者居多。郁证性肛病常见于肛门直肠神经症或功能性肛门直肠疼痛以及精神障碍类疾病,现代医学也已证实精神心理因素与肛门直肠感觉异常具有较为密切的关系。This article discusses the therapy and syndromes of anus disease due to depression syndrome. Anus disease due to depression syndrome refers to anorectal paresthesia caused by emotional factors. It is essentially a kind of depression syndrome but manifests as anorectal diseases. It shows the common characteristics of depression syndrome in etiology and pathogenesis. The diagnosis should exclude the anorectal organic lesions. Modern therapy of traditional Chinese medicine includes dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,nourishing heart for tranquillization,benefiting qi for invigorating spleen,promoting blood circulation for removing phlegm. From the drug property of prescriptions,the majority are the treatments based on relieving depression. Anus disease due to depression syndrome normally presents in anorectal neurosis or functional anorectal pain and mental disorders. Modern medicine has confirmed that the mental factors show a close relationship with anorectal paresthesia.
