摘　　要：介绍杨巍教授治疗炎症性肠病经验。认为其多因湿热之邪引起,活动期为湿热蕴肠,致肠脂血络受损,可清热祛湿、行气止痛;缓解期为阳气受损、湿热之邪留恋,可清热祛湿、培元固本。分别运用实炎方及虚炎方。This paper introduces Professor Yang Wei＇s experience in treating inflammatory bowel diseases. It is considered that the diseases are mainly caused by dampness-heat. In active period,dampness-heat accumulates in the intestine and thus leads to impairment of intestinal lipid-blood. The treatment should clear heat and eliminate dampness,activate qi circulation to relieve pain. In remission,dampness-heat remains due to impairment of yang qi and. The treatment should clear heat and eliminate dampness,consolidate body resistance and culture primordial qi. Shiyan Recipe and Xuyan Recipe are applied respectively.
