摘 要:分析了射流对制冷机性能的影响机理,并设计了一种锥形挡片,将其作为同轴型脉冲管热端的层流元件。并通过实验研究了该层流元件与传统丝网式层流元件等对制冷机性能的影响规律。结果表明,合适的层流元件能够有效抑制射流,提高制冷机的效率。其中采用铜挡片与铜丝网组合的方式,层流化效果最好,制冷机性能最佳。该脉冲管制冷机在250 W输入电功下,最高可以获得11.2 W@80 K的制冷量。The influence of jet flow on performance of pulse tube cryocooler was presented,and a new conical flow straight plate was designed to be the flow straightener at the hot end of pulse tube. The effects of the new flow straightener and the copper mesh flow straightener were compared by experiments. Results indicated that a suitable flow straightener can dramatically increase the COP of cryocooler. Among these flow straighteners,the combination of mesh and plate was the best one to smooth the jet flow of pulse tube. In this case,the pulse tube has the highest cooling power,namely 11. 2W at 80K,with the electrical power of 250W.
