摘　　要：目的分析医用生物组织胶水点涂法、分解法和胶线结合法对位黏合急诊面部创伤伤口的临床效果。 方法选择医院115例面部创伤患者作为研究对象，115例均为单纯缝线缝合或单纯组织胶水手法未能解剖复位。通过医用生物组织胶水分解法、点涂法与胶线结合法对其面部创伤进行对位黏合，并评价其疗效和安全性。 结果115例患者治疗后均能解剖对位黏合，其中1例（0.87%）患者发生创面感染，其余患者均无开裂、感染等并发症。 结论医用生物组织胶水点涂法、分解法和胶线结合法对位黏合急诊面部创伤伤口能够取得良好的临床疗效，且其并发症发生率较低，安全性较高，术后美观、可靠，效果满意，值得临床推广。ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effects of medical biological tissue glue for point coating method, decomposition method and glue with stitches method on binding emergency of facial trauma. MethodsA total of 115 patients with facial trauma in hospital were selected. All the 115 cases were not dissected by simple suture suture or simple tissue glue. The facial trauma was adhered to the facial trauma by medical biotissue glue decomposition, dot coating and glue line binding, and evaluated its efficacy and safety. ResultsAfter treatment, 115 patients got suuessful anatomical reduction, wound infection occurred in 1 case （0.87%）. There were no complications such as cracking or infection in the patients. Conclusions Medical biological tissue glue point coating method, decomposition method and glue line combination method can achieve good clinical effect on the trauma wound in the emergency face. And its complication rate is low, the safety is high, the postoperative wound is beauty, reliability, the effect is satisfactory, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
