皮下埋植避孕剂避孕的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮下埋植避孕剂避孕的临床疗效。 方法选择接受皮下埋植避孕剂进行避孕妇女94例作为观察组，随机选取同期接受宫内节育器进行避孕妇女94例作为对照组，比较两组避孕效果、不良反应发生情况、使用终止情况和满意情况。结果随访2年内，观察组的避孕有效率为100%（92/92），对照组的避孕有效率为91.0%（81/89），两组避孕有效率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝8.652，P〈0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组阴道出血和腰痛或腹痛的发生率均显著降低（P〈0.05）。观察组的终止使用率为2.1%（2/94），对照组的终止使用率为5.3%（5/94），两组终止使用率比较差异未见统计学意义（χ2＝1.335，P〉0.05）。观察组的满意率为93.5%（86/92），显著高于对照组的满意率[83.1%（74/89）]（χ2＝4.709，P〈0.05）。 结论皮下埋植避孕剂在临床避孕中具有操作简便、高效持久、安全等优势，适合在育龄期妇女长效避孕中推广应用。ObjectiveTo observe the clinical contraception effects of subepidermal contraceptive implant. MethodsNinty-four women with subepidermal contraceptive implant were selected as observation group, and at the same time, 94 women with IUD were selected as the control group. The contraceptive effects, the incidences of adverse reactions, the using condition and satisfactory condition were compared between the two groups. ResultsDuring the 2year follow-up, the contraceptive rate was 100%（92/92） in the observation group and 91.0%（81/89） in the control group, there was significant difference （χ2=8.652, P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the incidence of vaginal bleeding, low back pain or abdominal pain were significantly lower in the observation group （P〈0.05）. The termination rate was 2.1%（2/94） in the observation group and 5.3%（5/94） in the control group, there was no significant difference （χ2=1.335, P〉0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group [93.5%（86/92）]was significantly higher than that of the control group [93.5%（74/89）]（χ2=4.709, P〈0.05）. ConclusionsSubepidermal contraceptive implant has the advantages of simple operation, high efficacy, durability and safe, and it can be used widely in persistent contraception for the child-bearing women.
