摘 要:利用拉伸试验机、冲击试验机、硬度计、光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜等分析了不同热处理工艺下钛钼微合金化马氏体钢的组织与性能。结果表明:随回火温度的升高,试验钢的硬度、强度呈下降趋势,伸长率、冲击吸收能量先略升高,随后出现平台,最后呈线性升高;经淬回火处理,低温回火组织为碳化物细小、板条边界清晰的回火马氏体,中温回火组织为碳化物呈棒状、边界较模糊的回火屈氏体;高温回火组织为碳化物球化、无板条状特征的回火索氏体;基体中存在钛钼复合析出物,其尺寸较大的为近似方形的、富钛低铝的碳氮化物,数量较少,较小的析出物主要为近似球形的钛钼碳化物,数量较多,且高温回火可以促进细小钛钼复合相的析出。Microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-Mo-bearing martensitic steel by different heat treatment processes were studied by means of tensile tester, impact tester, hardness tester, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscopy and other equipments. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature, the hardness and strength of the tested steel decrease, but the elongation and the impact absorbed energy increase slightly first, then maintain at flat, and finally linearly increase again. After quenching and tempering, the microstructure consists of tempered lath martensite with small carbide particles and clear packet boundaries when the tempering temperature is low; tempered troostite with carbide rods and indistinct packet boundaries when the tempering temperature is medium ; and tempered sorbite with globular carbides and without the lath characteristic when the tempering temperature is high. There are Ti-Mo composite precipitates observed in matrix. The nearly square shaped larger one is the Ti-riched carbon nitride with low Mo content, the quantity of which is lesser. The nearly globular shaped small one is the Mo-riched carbon nitride with low Ti content, the quantity of which is more. And high temperature temperin~ can promote small Ti-Mo compound phase to be precipitated.
