摘  要:利用浸泡试验研究了低合金钢Q345电子束焊接接头在不同温度及氧含量的地下水模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为,通过宏观及微观形貌观察、腐蚀速率、表面轮廓分析和成分分析等方法表征了其腐蚀特征。结果表明:在室温下,焊缝区和母材区都遭受了均匀腐蚀,且焊缝区的耐蚀性优于母材区;在90℃条件下,焊缝区发生均匀腐蚀,母材区发生了严重的局部腐蚀,温度是导致局部腐蚀的主要因素。此外,溶液中氧的存在增大了腐蚀的严重程度。The corrosion behavior of electron beam welding joint of low alloy steel Q345 was studied in groundwater simulation solution with different temperatures and oxygen content through immersion test. SEM, XRD, weight loss, surface profile analysis and EDS analysis were employed to analyze the corrosion characteristics of the steel welding joint. The results show that both the welding joints and the base metal experience general corrosion at room temperature, and the corrosion resistance of welding joints is superior to that of the base metal. At 90 ℃, the welding joint experiences general corrosion, while the base metal suffers serious localized corrosion. The temperature is the main factor that leads to localized corrosion. In addition, oxygen increases the corrosion severity in simulation solution.
