摘 要:为了避免井下蓄电池机车供电设备突然发生停电故障,对井下工作造成不便。设计了一款新型双向非隔离直流变换器,电路结构采用了级联式准Z源拓扑结构,深入分析了功率双向传输和工作过程,利用伏秒平衡原理进行了电压增益的推导。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真和试验结果证明:双向直流变换器能够实现功率的双向传输;与传统的双向直流变换器相比,具有升压能力强、功率转换效率高、造价低等优点。In order to avoid the sudden power failure of power supply equipment of underground battery locomotive, this can cause serious problems to the underground work. A new type of bidirectional non-isolated DC converter is designed. The circuit structure adopts the topological structure of quasi-Z source, the two-way transmission power and working process of the DC converter are deeply analyzed, and the voltage gain is derived by using the volt-second balance principle. The experimental results and MATLAB/Simulink simulation show that the DC converter can realize the bidirectional transmission of power and has the advantages of high capacity of boosting, high power conversion efficiency and low cost compared with the traditional bidirectional DC converter.
