摘 要:目的:探讨军校学员骨干情绪智力、情绪劳动策略与主观幸福感的关系。方法:采用情绪智力量表、情绪劳动量表和主观幸福感量表对351名军校学员骨干进行调查。结果:(1)情绪智力与表层行为、主观幸福感两两之间相关显著,情绪智力与深层行为呈显著正相关,深层行为与主观幸福感相关不显著;(2)表层行为在情绪智力与主观幸福感之间的中介效应显著。结论:军校学员骨干的情绪智力越高,其深层行为越多,表层行为越少;军校学员骨干的情绪智力可正向预测主观幸福感,也可通过减少其表层行为,进而提高其主观幸福感。Objective: To explore the relationship among emotional intelligence, emotional labor strategy and subjective well-being in military college students. Methods: Assessing 351 military college students with Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale(WLEIS), Emotional Labor Seale(ELS) and Subjective Well-being Scale(SWS). Results: ~Any two of emotional intelligence, surface behavior and subjective well-being were related significantly, emotional intelligence was sig- nificantly and positively correlated with deep behavior; while deep behavior was of no significant connection with subjective well-being; (~)Surface behavior, as a mediator, had an obvious effect on emotional intelligence and subjective well-being. Conclusion: The higher emotional intelligence individuals have, the deeper behavior and the less surface behavior they show; Emotional intelhgence of cadets backbone may positively influence subjective well-being, and improve subjective well-being by reducing surface behavior.
