语言风格匹配能反映咨询师的共情水平吗?

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理咨询中咨询师和来访者的语言风格匹配与咨询师共情水平的关系。方法:选取26个心理咨询会谈,分为高共情组和低共情组,采用计算机量化词汇分析法,比较罗杰斯会谈、高共情组、低共情组咨询师与来访者的语言风格匹配程度。结果:罗杰斯会谈的语言风格匹配总体高于其他两组;语言风格匹配可以预测咨询师共情,解释量为72.4%。结论:语言风格匹配是预测咨询师共情水平的一种有价值的方法。Objective： To examine the relationship between the counselor＇ s empathy and Language Style Matching （LSM） between counselors and clients in counseling. Methods： This study employed the revised Linguistic Inquiry and Word Count to measure LSM, and selected 11 Carl Rodgers＇ counseling sessions and 26 actual counseling sessions that were divided into high-empathy group and low-empathy group. Then, the language style matching was compared among high-empathy group, low-empathy group and Carl Rodgers＇ sessions. Results： The language style matching of Carl Rodg- ers＇ counseling sessions was the highest among three groups in general. Language style matching could predict the empathy of counselor, and 72.4% of the total variance was explained. Conclusion： Language style matching is a valuable method to predict the empathy of counselors.
