摘　　要：文章用结构式访谈和问卷调查等调查方法,对江西省遂川县、万安县、井冈山等地14所敬老院调查显示,江西省农村敬老院对老年人衣食住行等基本需求都能给予满足,但是老年人生病,尤其是不需要住院治疗的常见病得不到全面保障;老年人对敬老院居住、餐饮、环境等条件满意度比较高,对院长管理、护理员的护理满意度也比较高;敬老院基本的基础实施相对完善,但是消防、娱乐等基础设施有待完善。In this study, 14 rural elderly homes in Suichuan county city, Wanan county city and Jinggangshan city of Jiangxi province were investigated by structured interviews and questionnaires, the results showed that the basic needs of the elderly such as clothing, food and shelter can be met, but the elderly are ill, especially the common diseases that do not need hospitalization are not fully guaranteed. The elderly are satisfied with the living, dining, environment and other conditions of the nursing home, and the nursing satisfaction of the dean and the nursing staff is also high; The basic basic implementation of homes for the elderly is relatively perfect, but the infrastructure of fire protection, entertainment and other needs to be improved.
