观察低切高挂结合浮线引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究低切高挂结合浮线引流术对于高位复杂性肛瘘的治疗效果。方法选取2014年1月至2017年1月在我院进行治疗的高位复杂性肛瘘患者共80例,将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。其中前一组患者采用传统低位切开高位旷置术,后一组患者则采用低切高挂结合浮线引流术。对比两组患者临床疗效、术后不同时期肛门疼痛评分、术后肛门创面面积以及痊愈时间等情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,不同时期术后肛门疼痛评分均低于对照组,且前者在创伤面积、平均愈合时间等方面均优于后者。结论低切高挂结合浮线引流术在高位复杂性肛瘘的治疗中疗效显著,具有很高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the curative effect of low incision and high hanging combined with floating drainage for high complex anal fistula.Methods From January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital anorectal Department 80 cases of high complex anal fistula patients,divided them into control group and observation group,each group 40 cases.The patients in the former group were treated with conventional low incision and high position exclusion,while the latter group received low cut and high hanging combined with floating drainage.The clinical efficacy,postoperative anal pain score,postoperative anal surface area and recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the anal pain score at different stages was lower than that in the control group,and the former was superior to the latter in the areas of trauma and average healing time.Conclusion Low cut and high hanging combined with floating drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula is effective,and has a very high clinical value.
