摘　　要：本文梳理了经典语境理论,探讨了中医文化传播的现代语境。中医文化传播的现代语境是由外部环境和内部认知环境构成,其中外部环境具有社会的现代化、新媒体的兴起和广泛运用以及全球化的革命性变化等特点,而内部认知环境主要以传统与现代、科学与人文、东方与西方思潮的相互冲击为主要特征。现代语境影响和制约中医文化传播活动,为促进中医文化传播,需把握语境。This paper sorted out the classic context theory and discussed the modern context of cultural communication of Chinese medicine（CM）.The external environment is featured by the social modernization,prosperity of the new media and globalization.The cognitive environment is featured by the interaction between science and humanity,the East and the West,traditional and modern thoughts.The external and internal cognitive environment combine together to form the modern context of cultural communication of CM.The modern context influences and restricts the cultural communication of CM.It is practical to promote the cultural communication of CM by commanding the context.
