摘  要:通过激光加热辅助车削镍基合金GH4169实验,研究激光功率、切削参数等对加工表面质量和切削过程中刀具磨损的影响。实验结果显示:与普通车削相比,激光辅助切削能够改善刀具后刀面磨损情况。激光辅助车削条件下,车削表面粗糙度优于普通切削,并在切削速度为166 m/min时获得最佳值0.467μm。在常规车削和激光辅助车削条件下,车削表面在进给方向上的残余应力均为拉应力,并且激光辅助车削表面产生的残余拉应力都高于常规车削,伴随着激光功率的增加,表面残余应力也逐渐增大。The effect of laser power and cutting parameters on the machined surface quality and tool wear during cutting process was studied by laser heating assisted nickel alloy GH4169 turning experiment.The results show that laser assisted cutting can improve the flank wear compared with ordinary turning.Under the laser assisted turning,the surface roughness of turning is better than that of conventional cutting,and the best value is 0.467μm when cutting speed is 166 m/min.Both in the conventional turning and laser assisted machining condition,the residual stress of the turning surface in the direction of feed is tensile stress,and the laser assisted turning causes higher tensile stress than the conventional turning,and with the increase of laser power,the surface residual stress increases gradually.
