摘　　要：本文拟从总结第一、二轮志书编修的实践入手,探讨志书编纂工作在确保质量的前提下,如何创新编纂组织、选用编纂人员、压缩编纂周期,使志书编纂工作达到"又好又快",及时有效地发挥地方志书在我国经济社会发展和社会主义文化强国建设中的重要作用。This paper starting with compiling practice of the first and second round chronicle compiling,researches on the premise of ensure quality how to renovate compiling organization, select compiling persons,reduce compiling cycle, make compiling work ＂both quick and good＂, play an important role in our country＇s economic and social development and socialism cultural strong country construction timely and effectively.
