摘 要:考察了苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐(SMA)、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(SAG)和环氧化聚丙烯酸酯(MGD)三种反应性相容剂对ABS/PET合金性能、相容性以及相形态的影响。结果表明,环氧类相容剂效果优于酸酐类相容剂,添加相容剂后合金冲击断面出现"能量吸收带",可以吸收冲击能量,提高缺口冲击强度。加入SMA、SAG与MGD相容剂后合金的缺口冲击强度分别提高47.3%、65.8%和88.9%,但是加入SAG的合金熔融指数较低。相容剂的引入有助于减小分散相尺寸,提高相间相容性和结合力。The effects of three kinds of reactive compatibilizers of styrene grafted maleic anhydride( SMA),styrene-acrylonitrile-glycidyl methacrylate( SAG) and epoxide polyacrylate( MGD) on the properties,compatibility and the phase morphology of ABS/PET alloy were investigated. Results showed that the epoxidecompatibilizer had better compatibilizing effects than the anhydride compatibilizer. The "energy absorption bands"were observed on the impact fracture surface of the ABS/PET alloy after adding compatibilizers,which was beneficial for the absorption of impact energy and the increase of the notched impact strength. Compared with the ABS/PET alloy,the notched impact strengths of the ABS/PET alloys with SMA,SAG and MGD compatibilizers were increased by 47. 3%,65. 8% and 88. 9%,respectively. However,the ABS/PET alloy with SAG compatibilizer showed low melt index.The incorporation of compatibilizers into the ABS/PET alloy made contributions to the decrease of dispersed phase size,which would improve the compatibility and bonding force between the ABS and PET.
