摘 要:BiOCl作为一种新型半导体光催化剂表现出良好的光催化活性,其特殊的层状结构和电子性质决定了其在环境保护、清洁能源、化学工业等领域有很大应用潜力。本文对国内外有关光催化剂BiOCl改性的研究进展进行了调研探讨,包括材料表面形貌调控、离子掺杂、半导体复合、碳单质修饰、氧空位等对BiOCl物性的影响。也探讨了晶体暴露面的控制对降低BiOCl禁带宽度的作用,以及增加光响应波长,提高太阳光的利用率,减少光生电子-空穴对复合的各种探索。As a new type semiconductor photocatalyst,BiOCl shows good photocatalytic activity. Due to its special layered structure and electronic property,BiOCl has great potential applications in the field of environmental protection,clean energy and chemical industry. In this paper,the research progress of BiOCl photocatalyst modification has carried on the research discussion,including material surface morphology control,ion doping,semiconductor compound,elemental carbon modification and oxygen vacancy. We also discussed the effect of crystal exposure control on reducing energy band,the various explorations on increasing the light wavelength response,improving the utilization efficiency of sunlight,reducing photoinduced electron-hole pairs.
