骨通贴膏联合青藤碱椎旁注射治疗神经根型颈椎病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察骨通贴膏联合青藤碱椎旁注射治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将172例门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分两组。对照组86例骨通贴膏,按揉2~3min/穴,2次/d,每次贴敷时间一般不超过12h。治疗组86例缓慢注入2%利多卡因1mL、维生素B_1 100mg、维生素B_(12) 1mg、青藤碱50mg、生理盐水3mL,1次/d;骨通贴膏治疗同对照组。连续治疗3周为1疗程。观测临床症状、上肢肌力、皮肤划痕试验、Eaton试验、Spurling试验、感觉、腱反射、Hoffmann征、不良反应。连续治疗5疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]骨通贴膏联合椎旁注射治疗神经根型颈椎病,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Gutong Tigao acupoint sticking therapy combined with Chinese medicine by injected at cervical paravertebral on cure of nerve root type cervical spondylosis. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 172 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visit. The control group of 86 cases of Gutong Tigao, patients knead 2～3 min/hole, 2 times/d, each sticking time is generally not more than 12 h. Treatment group of 86 cases, patients were slowly injected in 2% lidocaine（1 mL） and vit B_1（100 mg） and vit B_（12）（1 mg） and Sinomenine（50 mg） and saline（3 mL）, 1 times/d, the treatment of the bone paste group was the same as that of the control group,continuous treatment for 3 weeks for was one course of treatment. It were observed that clinical symptoms, upper limb muscle strength, skin scratch test, Eaton test, Spurling test, sensory, tendon reflex, Hoffmann sign, and adverse reactions. The 5 course of treatment was continuously treated to determine the curative effect. [Results] Treatment group was better than the control group in clinical curative effect（P0.05）. [Conclusion] the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with the combination of Gutong Tigao combined with vertebral injection is satisfactory, with no serious adverse reactions and is worth promoting.
