摘 要:研山铁矿为大型露天矿山,随着矿山开采深度增大,部分边坡岩体出现失稳现象。在该矿永久边坡形成过程中,通过采用预裂爆破工艺,并选取合理的孔网参数及起爆网络,对边坡及采场台阶起到了明显的降振作用,降振率平均约为23.1%,满足规程要求,与该矿以往的爆破技术参数相比,延米爆破量提高了27.3%,炸药单耗降低约35.1%,产生的经济效益和社会效益较为明显,对于提高边坡稳定性具有重要意义。Yanshan Iron Mine belongs to open pit mine with large scale,with the increasing of mining depth of the mine,instability phenomenon of the rock mass is existed on the part of slope. During the formation of permanent slope of the mine,the pre-splitting blasting technique is adopted,and some related reasonable blasting technical parameters are determined and blasting network is designed. The vibration reduction effective of the blasting technique is significant,the average vibration reduction rate is 23. 1%,which meets the requirements of some related blasting specification. Besides that,compared with the blasting effects of the other blasting methods,the linear meter blasting volume is increased 27. 3%,specific explosive consumption is decreased 35. 1%,the economical benefits and social benefits that are produced by the pre-splitting blasting technique are significant,and it is help for ensuring the slope stability of the open-pit mines.
