废弃羽毛蛋白改性棉织物萘醌型天然染料的染色工艺

摘  要:对废弃羽毛进行回收利用,提取羽毛蛋白作为改性剂对棉织物进行改性,通过傅里叶红外光谱对改性前后的棉织物进行了表征。利用萘醌型天然染料对改性后的棉织物进行染色,对羽毛蛋白质量分数、交联剂质量浓度、改性温度、改性时间几个因素对改性效果的影响进行分析,得到优化工艺:羽毛蛋白质量分数0.4%,交联剂质量浓度20g/L,改性温度70℃,改性时间60min。蛋白改性后,萘醌型天然染料对棉织物的染色性能明显提升,上染率从19%提升到46%,染品表观色深从1.24提高到4.86,色牢度提升了2~3级。Feather keratin extracted from discarded feathers was used to modify cotton fabric.The cotton fabric were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectra.The fabric were dyed with naphthoquinone,and the effects of the feather keratin content,crosslinking agent concentration,processing time and processing temperature on apparent color depth were investigated.The optimal modification conditions were as follows:feather keratin content of 0.4%,crosslinking agent concentration of 20 g/L,modified temperature of 70 ℃ and modified time of 60 min.After modification,the dyeing performance of naphthone natural dyes to cotton fabric was obviously improved.The dye uptake was increased from 19% to 46% and apparent color depth was improved from 1.24 to 4.86.The color fastness of dyed fabric was improved about 2-3 grade.
